Metastatic/Advanced Breast Cancer (MBC) Awareness Day
Europa Donna Ireland along with our co-hosts at the Marie Keating Foundation are delighted to announce our annual Metastatic/Advanced Breast Cancer (MBC) Awareness Day on Friday 11th October in House, Lower Leeson Street, Dublin.
The afternoon event from 1 – 5 pm aims to create an informal atmosphere where those who live with MBC and their families/friends can learn from our speakers and each other.
This year, our speakers are Dr Nicola Elmer from St Lukes in Rathgar and the cancer researcher, physicist and science writer Dr David Grimes.
And there will be, of course, our afternoon tea offering the opportunity to meet, chat and network with others.
Please see the poster for all details. You are most welcome to attend and we hope to meet you on the 11th. Also please feel free to share this event information with people living with MBC as well as family, friends and healthcare professionals.
We would be delighted if you would print our A4 poster (colour print is best!) and share it with anyone in your community who may have contact with women who could benefit from being a part of the MBC Awareness Day event, e.g. friends, family, service users, colleagues, local GPs, physiotherapists, psychologists, hospital staff.
